On your next trip to Norfolk, start off with a trip to the Norman church near to Number 10 The Abbey. Wymondham Abbey is one of the grandest buildings in the region. Make sure you look out for the unusual twin towers, something of a local landmark. There’s a well-stocked shop and lottery-funded Abbey experience displays to help make sure your day is memorable. Down in Yarmouth on the East Coast your ticket for Merrivale will allow you to enter as many times as you like. Have fun in the arcade, visit the model railway, play crazy golf, view the wildlife and have tea in the café, there’s plenty here to keep all generations amused.
Great for families
Your next trip to Norfolk is great for families of all ages. Head back west towards your serviced apartment in Wymondham, and you can stop to take in Fairhaven Woodland (link), Hall and water garden which was used by the home guard during WWII. Tanks were hidden in the garden; some of the tank bays can be seen in the garden today.
Heading home to Number 10 The Abbey
Heading home, during your next trip to Norfolk, make sure you stop in The City. Norwich is great for just a pint, or a bit of shopping.
