Where do I pick up my keys?

 

There is an Electronic key safe in the Concierge Office.
If you are facing the front door then walk to your right through the car park. The concierge office is next to the glass exterior staircase and has a sign on it saying: ‘Concierge’. The key safe is on the wall in the concierge with a sign over it saying: ‘Apartment keys located here’.

 

 

What is the Wifi Password?

The Wifi password is Abbey123

 

 

Is there parking at the hotel?

We have 4 on-site parking spaces offered on a first come first served basis. If no space on-site are available, head to Becketswell Road, which is 300 yards past our building, to the bottom of the road, and turn left.

 

 

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel any booking you have 60 days prior to arrival for a refund. After this, you can only change dates.

 

 

Can I check in early or leave late?

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 11am. Early Check in or late check out available at £10 per hour subject to availability. Please call direct if you wish to add this to your stay.

 

 

What is the security Deposit?

Each booking will also need to pay a £96 refundable security deposit. This is then refunded after housekeeping has checked the rooms. Guest cannot stay unless this is paid.
